I can t get through technical interview Should I change my career

I have 10 years of experience in Web Application development. I am planning to leave my company and switch to another company. I have attended 3 interviews and could not get through technical rounds where only basic data structures questions were asked. Freshers were able to pass the round. I am starting to think I am not good enough. Should I change my career?

It is normal for people with experience to forget basic concepts. That does not mean you are not good enough. It won't take too much effort to revise the concepts. So, start reading books on Data Structures. After 10 years of experience, changing career should not be an option.

First of all if you have working experience in a certain domain for 10 years so the interviewer will have a mindset that you have maximum knowledge on that domain, so obviously he will check that you are clear with your basics or not . So for this just go through some basic videos regarding data structure and brush up your skills which is required, and it wont take much time to prepare. Its not a good decision to change your career after having 10 years of experience.
