How to create a new encrpted file using Ansible Vault

I know we can encrypt an existing file using ansible-vault encrypt command, but how do I create an encrypted file?

If you are creating a new file instead of encrypting an existing one, you can use the create command:

ansible-vault create defaults/extra.yml
> New Vault password: 
> Confirm New Vault password:
