How can I create tables in Athena

Athena does not give the functionality of create table, how to create a table in Athena? Can someone help me with this?

Creating tables in Athena is very easy. All you need to do is :-

1. Upload the file to S3 bucket.

2. Create a format for your table in Athena Console and point to your data in S3.

3. An external table is created.
