Plotting Data on Azure

I'm new to this so I was wondering if Azure has its own facilities to take an IoT device and draw income date from it (say Y-axis for temperature, X-axis for timestamp) in real-time.

I know it's implementable using PowerBI, but isn't it an external tool as well? Does azure have an internal "on-portal" tool to achieve this?

Try using Azure Time Series Insights (TSI). It's meant for this purpose. You can set it up with a few klicks from the Azure portal. It supports Azure IoT Hub as well as EventHubs as sources.
