• C, C++, C#, Java, python PHP programming languages
• ACL, IDEA and/or similar software programs for data analysis
• Fidelis, ArcSight, Niksun, Websense, ProofPoint, BlueCoat and/or similar auditing and network defense tools

• ISO, ITIL and COBIT frameworks
