Error during Kubernetes cluster validation - Error listing nodes

0 votes

I've created a cluster using kops and it seems to be working fine. Until I decided to validate the cluster using the command

kops validate cluster

It gave me this error:

> unexpected error during validation: error listing nodes:
Get https://api.sp-southeast-1.es.k8s.abc.in/api/v1/nodes:
dial tcp 54.123.123.123:443: i/o timeout

Hey @Ali, I had the same error. I got it cleared by recreating the cluster using a private topology.

I was stuck with this error for a long time and I found using private topology could help through Github.

Hope it helps :)
