Using HBase jar files Where to download and set classpath

I want to use hbase jar files. I do not know where to download those files from. And also there's something called setting classpath. How to do that?

You can use this to add a file to classpath:

$ java -jar hbase.jar -classpath "/usr/lib/hbase/*:/usr/lib/hadoop/*"
