Hadoop sqoop import not working Error ERROR manager SqlManager Error reading from database

I have created a table in mysql and now I want to import that using sqoop. I am trying this command:

sqoop import --connect jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/hadoop --username root --password password --table student --hive-import

But I am getting the following error:

In the command, try mentioning the driver you are using, like this:

sqoop import --connect jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/hadoop --driver com.mysql.jdbc.Driver --username root --password password --table student --hive-import
