You can use the code for deleting the subnets as follows:

import boto3
ec2 = boto3.resource('ec2')
ec2client = ec2.meta.client
vpc = ec2.Vpc('vpc-01250c74f7a4d1236')
for subnet in vpc.subnets.all():
    subnet.delete()
