You are a little confused here. Quality here means the quality of Blockchain application or project. A quality engineer has to make sure that the Blockchain Application has good quality. By this, I mean that the Blockchain Application has to be tested for bugs or loopholes and these issues should be taken care of. A Quality Engineer will be responsible for all these tasks and to make the Blockchain application bug-free and loophole-free.

Like any other Quality Engineer, a Blockchain Quality Engineer will check the Blockchain application to see how good it is and how it can be made better. He makes a note of what can be made better and improves Quality or informs the respective departments to do so.
