if cell A is mentioned as vacant then automatically cell B C D should be mentioned as Vacant

Hi,

I am trying to get a solution for my work, I am working on Excel for related accommodation services. Is their any formula or anything when i mention "vacant" in A1 and automatically cell "B1", "C1", "D1" mentioned as "Vacant"
