Require a dropdown list based on input that matches Column header

The input should be one of the following: Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, Heading 4, or Heading 5. A dropdown list with options to choose from will be the result.

I tried using lookup, but I was unable to find a workable answer. I don't know how to use VBA codes.
