How to simplify or automate task group creation in TFS

I want to automate the creation of tasks groups in TFS because if I clone one it affects all environments and release definitions attached to that task group. OR if it's possible is there any way to export the said task group to a different project in TFS using that JSON file.

You can easily import or export task group functions in the latest version of TFS and VSTS.
