I am having a forbidden error response when I try to login to Docker Desktop on a Windows OS

I am new to docker and I am downloading the latest Docker.

Here is the error I receive when I say "docker login"  Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2": Forbidden

Please any help is highly appreciated.
