what is the difference between BigQuery and Storage on GCP

Hello everyone! This is my first time using GCP, and as I was going through a project's cloud function example with mock data, I became confused about the similarities and differences between each one. Because they seem so similar to me, I would like more clarification on what distinguishes them from one another.

Both a data warehouse and a SQL engine, BigQuery. To store tabular data in datasets and tables, utilize it. However, you cannot put files in the tables; instead, you can store more complicated structures like JSON and arrays.
Blob storage, like what you could find on your Linux or windows computer, is what cloud storage is (saving files, folders, deleting, copying). Naturally, this is not at all like your local file system in the backend.
