Goal Seek in Excel

Question

Goal search in Excel doesn't seem to be working for me. When I run goal seek, I keep getting 113 years for some reason, and the payout is nowhere close to what I need it to be, which is 6250.

Even though I have experience with goal seek, I can't seem to get this one function.

The pmt function we are using, which spits out negative numbers to indicate payments, explains why the 6250 needs to be a -6250.
