How to make my font bold using css

I was just wondering how I could use CSS to make my font bold since I'm extremely new to HTML and CSS.

A plain HTML website that imports a CSS file allows me to modify the font. Can somebody assist me with making the font bold, though?

In HTML, use the strong or b (bold) tags to make the text bold. Browsers will bold the text within both of these tags, but the strong tag implies that the text is of special importance or urgency. You can also make text bold by setting the CSS font-weight property to "bold."
