I can not access phpMyAdmin on XAMPP

Windows 8 is where I've installed my XAMMP. This is how I can visit my localhost: 800 I'm trying to use XAMPP to access PHPMyAdmin, but neither the button nor the address http://localhost:800/phpmyadmin/ work. I'm only seeing a white homepage with nothing on it, what's going on? Who has any idea what's going on? It was successful yesterday.
