linux to windows ping request failed

hi

i have created 3 instance 2 for linux and 1 for windows i am trying to ping them from each one, linux to linux pinging is happening but linux to windows pinging not happening ..

i already created inbound rule in windows security group "all ICMP ipv4 traffic" "anywhere" also i checked with "custom ICMP ipv4" "anywhere" both are not working.
