Screen flicker in my laptop with windows 10 after installing docker desktop

I have a machine with an i3 10th generation processor, 4 GB of RAM, Windows 10 Home, and a 1 TB hard drive. When I first installed Docker desktop on my laptop, it began to malfunction every time I turned it on. Its screen flashed, and it was impossible to work on it.
