How to install azure-cli specific version To test experimental feature

Question

My az CLI version is at 2.27.2. I'd like to try out some extensions, and in order to do so, I'll need to upgrade to version 2.3.1. (for Linux).

I've already looked through Microsoft Docs, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. As a result, I believe I require assistance in upgrading the Azure CLI:
