Unable to access kubernetes dashboard

+1 vote
I’ve installed kubernetes cluster, It got installed without any errors or warnings.

But the problem is I’m unable to access the dashboard.

I did kubectl create -f https://rawgit.com/kubernetes/dashboard/master/src/deploy/kubernetes-dashboard.yaml and when i go to https://192.168.11.20/ui is nothing there.

What do I do?

It seems you are trying to access dashboard on private ip which is not accessible. So i believe you need to use ssh tunneling for this.Could you pls elaborate more on what platform are you trying to run this k8s cluster

I have the cluster set up on Linux. I followed this article: https://www.edureka.co/blog/install-kubernetes-on-ubuntu

Thank you @Manish for your response.

I have created a kube cluster in Ubuntu. One master node and one worker node. I have deployed the dashboard on the master node. I have kube proxy as well. Now that I go to the browser(to that particular IP), I don't see the dashboard.

You’re trying to access a private IP. Try getting into the cluster and then access this IP.

Or use kubectl proxy to access the service that that runs outside the cluster, this will proxy  requests to your localhost port 8001 to the kubernetes API server.
