Count unique text with dynamic criteria

Hi,

My data contains employee IDs and each employee's performance Tier ranking. I need to count the unique Employee IDs based on their Tier and have it shown in a table like this in my Power BI visual.

Performance Tier Employee Count
Tier 1
Tier 2
Tier 3
Tier 4
