Apex Class and Apex Trigger is invisible in Salesforce Developer Console

Question

I want to write a Apex code and debug. I logged-in Salesforce and inside Salesforce Developer Console, Apex Class and Apex Trigger is invisible. I am not able to click that.

Path : Salesforce Developer Console > File > New > Apex Class / Apex Trigger

You'll need to create a new developer account in Salesforce because the account you're using is a production account, and production accounts don't have authority to build new Apex classes or triggers. I've included a link to sign up for a developer account in Salesforce below.
