Custom Web Application Tableau SQL Server No Tableau Dashboard

Question

For my company reports, I'd want to employ Tableau connectivity with SQL Server (generate Excel and PDF files). However, I do not want to gather input data using the Tableau dashboard as the user interface. That's why I established our online apps in the first place.

As a result, the prerequisites are:

Web apps that are made to order (no Tableau Dashboard)
Integration of Tableau with SQL Server Output Excel/PDF
Is it feasible to collect user input using a bespoke web application instead of the Tableau Dashboard?

Is it possible to share any documentation?
