Flutter - seo optimization

Question

I have a main site and a mobile application written in flutter. I want to host a web version of flutter at m.example.com. But there is a problem with SEO optimization. Does anyone have any real experience of implementing seo in flutter (ssr, prerender, amp, etc.)? Or use flutter-web only on sites without SEO?

actually flutter web navigation works on hashes so adding seo meta tags wont actually  help that much and flutter is mainly advantageous for SPA so flutter is  not a good solution if your site is not seo based then build it on flutter and google has recently stated that they will render javascript from now on.
