How can I initiate a transaction on ethereum private network using mobile device

Is there any way to initiate a new transaction on private blockchain using a mobile device. Is there any android device or light clients to connect to private blockchain??

There is no android wallet to connect to ethereum node, however for private network setup you can code any wallet in javascript and you can open it in web view. Now, to connect your wallet to the ethereum network you'd need a web3 provider.
