Restore a docker swarm

Question

I have a swarm cluster where there is one manager and three workers. I have taken a daily backup just in case of breakdown. There was some issue with one of the worker and its all a mess now. I was trying to restore this cluster. i expected something like this to happen- one manager three workers, but for some reason only my manager is getting restored and not the workers. I'm getting one manager and zero workers.

Is there something more to be done? Am I missing out on something?

If there is something wrong only with one of the worker there's an easy way to go about this.

You can do docker swarm leave on that one worker and join again. Anyways you wont lose any of your workings as the manager is perfectly fine. And on the manager you can always clean up the mess old worker had made.

I wouldn't recommend restoring workers.
