Jenkins installation problem

Hello Edureka Team

I am facing with problems whilee installing Jenkins , please help me to solve this issue.

java -jar jenkins.war  - unable to access jarfile jenkins.war

and

C:\Users\Aziza\Desktop\Jenkins - is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable proggram or batch file
