How to migrate jenkins from windows to linux

Question

Presently, we are running Jenkins in the windows via tomcat. We want to migrate it to the newly running jenkins instance in the linux via tomcat.We want to copy all the jenkins and tomcat data from old jenkins and replace it in the new jenkins and tomact directory to retain the old configurations.

We are facing issue is where to edit the jenkins home directory.
