List in table by count no of frequency of specific items used

Question

I have a table with member no / coupon name used / Program
 

Member No	Coupon	Program
12345	Coupon A	Program A
54321	Coupon B	Program A
54321	Coupon A	Program A
54321	Coupon A	Program B

Now I wanna have summary list of no coupon used under each program (Can select program to get result).

Select --> Program A

No of used coupon	No of Member
1	3
2	0
3	0
