ERROR for eb97c8f5425c orderer3 example com a bytes-like object is required not str

getting this error when run "docker-compose up -d" for running peer, ca, orderers, couchdb. all are runnning except orderers gives this error. I tried changing python versions (2.7.x <--->3.8.5) but gives same error.

how can run orderer containers without these errors.?
