Want to restart my career after a long gap

I am a 2014 pass out commerce student. When I completed my commerce, I could not start working because of some family problems. Now that things are sorted, I don't want my education to go to waste. But I am finding it hard to get a job because companies either hire freshers or people with experience. I don't qualify as either of them. Is there a way I can work in my field or should I just find some other way?
