Willi I be able to find a job in IT sector after 10 months gap in career

I have 9+ years of experience in the IT industry in PLSQL/UNIX. I lost my job in June 2020 due to mass layoffs. It's tough to find job openings in PLSQL/ UNIX. How can I get a job again?
