7 year after college what should we do to start carrer B-tech electrical

Hi, i have completed my graduation in 2014 B-tech electrical, no luck with govt jobs.

Now i want to start a fresh career, what course, diploma i should do.

stress is keep on rising in my life, i really want to start my career, but not sure of which path
