How to access Kubernetes dashboard

I installed all the steps as mentioned in the blog (Edureka) but when I tried to access the dashboard it won't connect ..I even changed the proxy setting by giving the proxy connections allow in my local computer still no luck .what should I do after this

Note:I launched both the machines in AWS cloud with the same specifications as mention in the blog(Edureka)
