How to edit a data frame series

Question

I have the below series in a data frame and I need to remove "-1" .I mean to remove the 13th and 14th item from all entries in that series (if we start counting the index from zero.

0      1-13960503655-1
1      1-14070518231-1
2      1-13191180713-1
3      1-13960503589-1
4      1-14027505589-1
 After editing the results should be like below:

0      1-13960503655
1      1-14070518231
2      1-13191180713
3      1-13960503589
4      1-14027505589

Can someone help on this?
