Should I quit my job after 5 months

I have joined a company as a fresher. My designation is Management Trainee. My job is to provide production support. I handle subscriber's data using SQL, solve technical grievances, etc. I like coding and have a decent knowledge of Data structures and algorithms, Java, Web development, Python. I have even tried my hand on React.js and Android Studio in lockdown and it was fun.
So, my question is should I quit my job and find a new one for the position of a developer? It's been just 5 months since I've joined. I don't get time in my current job to revise and prepare for interviews. Even weekends get utilized in work or to learn a new concept related to my current job.
Should I quit, revise everything and then apply for a new job?
Will it affect my career if I quit so early? Am I making the right decision?
