Hadoop command not found

Hello people... I can access hadoop webui but when i type hadoop verison or hadoop -fs or anyother commadn it says hadoop command not found. I have also set my hadoop variable in bashrc. I have two files one bashrc and other .bashrc.PLease someone can explain what is the difference

I am a beginner please help
