I want to learn AWS and want to shift my career. Will I have gowth and what would be the certification suits me

Please suggest, want to change my Job, or can I continue in same field (eCommerce ) with much earning. I currently earn low though I have 7 years experience. I am a non IT guy. Doe's AWS requires coding and what all certification I need to do to have a good career
